WELLNESS is ...a lifestyle you design to achieve your highest level of well-being. - Jim Strohecker
Wellness - Living well begins on the PERSONAL side, your beliefs about yourself. You act, and your body responds, out of your beliefs and actions.
Unless you are in your joy, you have nothing to give... My happiness is my greatest gift to others. - Eshter and Jerry Hicks, The Teachings of Abraham

Wellness has two faces, two approaches, today.
The difference is that one approach has a focus on people and how to be and stay healthy. The other speaks the language of illness, disease, and medical conditions. You get to choose the focus you prefer. I use the first one.
And I take an interactive, coach approach to the well-being of your whole person, all areas of your life that contribute to your happiness--work, relationships, confidence, spirituality, your environment, and your lifestyle.
I suspect you already know what would add to your well being and happiness. You don't need me to tell you what you should do. Maybe you have already tried the I-can-do-it-by-myself approach too.
If that's not working for you, I might be your answer. Schedule a complimentary appointment and find out. It can't hurt; and might help.
I like "Keep it Simple" and "Make it EASY" methods too.

The Big Picture | I didn't create the wonderful Big Picture / Iceberg Model diagram. It comes from the work of Jim Strohecker, president of HealthWorld Online and creator of The Wellness Inventory, whole-person assessment program and who I met at the National Wellness Institute Conference in 2007. John Travis, of the illness-wellness continuum on the second page of the pdf attachment, was there too. Both are doing great work, and I love the pictures.
