Wellness is about living well and staying well as naturally as possible.
Wellness has two faces today.
The difference is that one face of wellness has a focus on people and how to be and stay well. The other speaks the language of illness, disease, and medical conditions. You get to choose the focus you prefer to work out of. I work out of the first one.
I view wellness holistically...whole-person, whole-life well being. I take an interactive, coach approach to well being. [You already know what will add to your well being and happiness. You don't need me or anyone else to tell you what you should do. And maybe you have already tried the I-can-do-it-by-myself approach.] That's when I come in.

Start with the Language of Well Being By the session or by the series (options below) Engage yourself and your workforce in healthy living conversations.
Experiment: Speak only words of health and well being. Try it for a week. And listen carefully to the words used in health-related ads and commercials that week.
What do you want MORE of? Health and well being? Or lack thereof? Your reality will BE as your words describe it.
