I am about whole-person wellness, including your spirit. Common ground, universal laws, compassion, personal pathways, and bridges of understanding.

Because I am independent and a coach. I'm hired by YOU for your well being. I have no vested interest or 'institutional obligations' to hold a party line or belief system. So the focus is the well-being of your spirit. What feels good and makes sense? I have a degree in religious studies and bring a depth and breadth of experience and knowledge to make it easy, for you.
You are on a personal sacred journey of defining and owning your beliefs and choices.
I serve as a guide, a muse, a mentor. The path you choose has to fit you. I invite you to think for yourself, to find peace within—to find answers that make sense to and inspire you.
I begin with the perspective that you are good, gifted, and beautiful—just
as you are. You are born that way. I honor the Spirit of Life and the Sacred
in all that is. I am a farmer’s daughter. Nature was and is my teacher.
I grew up in the 60's and have the influence of what some call a catholic imagination.
I also inherited an independent bohemian spirit and know the process of questionning, searching and finding answers. Your answers may be different; the process however, and the Seeker's Toolkit I developed, are what I can help you with.
