the stuff that touches your spirit and well-being. I am about whole-person wellness, including your spirit.
Common ground, universal laws, compassion, personal pathways, and bridges of understanding.

I am an independent and a coach. I have no vested interest or 'institutional obligations' to hold a
particular party line or belief system. The focus is the well-being of your spirit.
You are on a personal journey of defining and owning your beliefs and choices.
I serve a guide, a muse, a mentor. The path you choose has to fit you.
I will invite you to think for yourself, to find peace within—and answers that make sense to you.
I begin with the perspective that you are good, gifted, and beautiful—just
as you are. You are born that way. I honor the Spirit of Life and the Sacred
in all that is. I am a farmer’s daughter. Nature was and is my teacher.
I grew up in the 60's and have the influence of what Greeley calls a catholic imagination.
I also inherited an independent bohemian spirit and know first-hand about
questionning, searching and finding answers.
