Dear Anne,
 
I am delighted to let your clients know how you helped me.  As you may remember I was carrying around a lot of baggage from the bad patch I went through.  Life hadn't been kind nor easy and I was having difficulty unloading a lot of the emotional stuff.  You helped me create a ritual where I was able to give each emotional issue a physical form and throw it away.
 
Today life continues to be challenging but I have not thought of those "baggage issues"  since the ritual.  Thank you.
