I love these oils!! I learned about them years ago. I started slowly...a bottle of lavendar oil, the basic 'Swiss army knife' of essential oils. I kept it in my purse, and used it often. Good for the immune system. Also use it for: - Mosquito bites - It stops the itching. - Cuts, including shaving cuts - It stops the bleeding.
Then I invested in the basic 9 starter kit, a nature-made home FIRST AID KIT. Loved that too. I was drawn to the blends and use them in my sessions with clients, especially blends like Believe, Into the Future, Envision, Valor, Release, and Joy. These are oils of blessing and healing.

Consumer health options.... and the Politics of Wellness -
One would think keeping people healthy through the use of natural vitamins, essential oils, reiki, nutrition, and other complimentary and alternative practices would be desirable, encouraged, welcomed; particularly when those practices are working, often much less expensive, and less invasive.
There is, however, controversy and politics involved in allowing adults to research and make health care choices for themselves...
How well do you take care of your body? What are you putting in it? Food is fuel. Quality and quantity matter.
How are you treating your body? Are you treating it like something or someone you cherish and want only well-being for? Are you setting it up be strong and healthy, to enjoy your time living in it?
With all the advances of medicine, there are staggering increases in disease, chronic conditions, and health care costs. Something we are putting in our body is not right or good for it. Have you listened to the litanies of knownside affects in pharmaceutical commercials? And what about what you're eating, drinking, and otherwise exposing your body to?
There have to be better, healthier options...

It is YOUR body and you know it better than anyone else. No one else values your health more than you do. And no one else has more vested interest in keeping you healthy.
