I am Anne Wondra, the president and founder. I coach, create classes and content, and teach; I empower, inspire, and co-create.
I work with individuals, mostly professionals, who are reclaiming and redefining themselves, navigating personal awakenings, seeking more understanding depth and meaning in their lives, who want to live better, healthier, happier, easier, and more in alignment with their spirit. The catalyst can be a job, divorce, a death, an awakening, or a defining moment. Self-discovery and transformation is soul work.
This company started out of a part of me that got stronger as I got older, and a desire to make a difference, a passion to empower all that is good and great in us, and a 'yes' to a sacred dance. There wasn't somebody doing what I felt led to do...so I created it.

The inspiriation for the company, the beginnings, came in 1996. A lot of the lessons came ealier. The officialfounding came in 2001.

In 2006, I colalborated with two other small-business solopreneur women and opened the Kindred Spirit Center (then called Kindred Spirit Coaching & Wellness). I'm a soul and wellness coach, muse, consultant, workshop leader, content creator, entrepreneur, and everyday goddess (a bit of magic and mystery, and a lot of wisdom).
My undergrad is in religious studies and education, with a master's certification in human resource management, and a Wellness Mapping 360 coaching certification. I have worked as a parish youth minister, a legal assistant / paralegal, and as a corporate human resource, training and wellness professional. My resume has more if you're interested.

I serve as a Notary Public (State of Wisconsin) and hold memberships in Coachville.com and the Coachville Schools of Coaching and past membership in the National Wellness Institute.
On the personal side, I share this life with a wonderful man, my husband, Michael, and our furry feline family. Mike and I didn't find each other until our 30s, and some life stages took interesting directions. For example, I know and appreciate being single and 30--both the challenges and opportunities. I learned some good single survival strategies out of it. (Turns out, they're healthy marriage strategies too.)
Michael Robichaud Director, Behind the Scenes Support Person
Michael is my behind-the-scenes support person, life partner, husband, friend, and love of my life. Did I mention he's creative, has a sense of humor, loves animals, and is multi-talented. Academically, he has a double major in radio/ communications/film and psychology, and is an avid eclectic reader. Professionally, he's a small business manager, has great people skills, a quick witt, and is a talented humor artist, and guitar player. He also enjoys Ebay, movies and old movie posters.
